107" Big Bore Kit and Dyno Testing by Fuel Moto
#351
I believe it may come down to the problem that you are using a PC III over a previous SERT calibration. Without knowing exactly what is in there it can make tuning difficult. With the issues you had with the other product you tried and removed, you may be right that you have something additional going on.

Here are some runs for a bike we just finished up with another Fuel Moto 107" install. This bike is a 2009 Electra Glide with V&H Oval slip ons, V&H PowerDuals and a SE Pro Super Tuner. We installed the FM 107" kit with Wood TW-555 cams and gave it full tune with the SE Super Tuner. Here are the results including before and after............

I need some feed back please. I just had my 95 build torn down to find out that the flywheel had .008 runout. My Extended Warrenty will not cover so the re-build is out of my pocket. The flywheel has been trued but now I am not sure if I want to go back 95. I dont think that I want to stroke and this 107 Big Bore kit looks to be the way to go. Is that 107 Big bore much better than my Stage III 95 pushing SAE 111HP/116TQ?

Thanks Bro
I dont believe the 107 will be a bolt on for you. You will have to stroke it. Id personally upgrade bearing and weld crank and run that 95 kit. If its putting out those numbers its a monster already. Sorry bout the crank issue...Thats a major bummer but on the bright side it will be bullet proof when your done...atleast the lower end will be..;-) Good luck
