We'll I got the cylinders pistons and level b heads installed. All that went simple, now I've run into a problem. Anybody have their intake not line up? For some reason it just won't line up. Anybody have any tricks out there?

I'm in the process of upgrading to a 107, posted several inquires regarding my upgrade, after reading these post, I'm doing the right thing.
Put new springs in the heads decked the heads, ported polished, all ready completed the ACR's, TW-408-6 cams, I'm really looking forward to riding season again, come on winter get over!!

How could you not be doing the right thing? More power. Better running sled. No brainer if you got the cash.

Problem was it was my first time working with the throttle body. Didn't know the flanges were removeable. Put a dab of oil between the gasket and the flange and they rotated right into place.

It's alive!!! Now only another 4 or 5 months till I can ride it. Dang ND winters

Dont know how you guys do it. Was 84* today. Such a nice day for a ride! Glad you got it going.

The winters here suck bit this is where the money is. Good thing is I'm not pressed for time on heat cycles lol
