1) the reliability on the crank would typically be fine with your kit and no head work?

This is starting to look like a really good bargain for those #'s

Thanks, Joe
The main objective when developed our 107 kit was performance with excellent reliability of both the premium parts in our kit as well as the stock components. Yes, we have several 107 base maps and can program the PC-V before we ship.

Jamie what do you think the numbers would come out too with a fatcat standard baffle and the woods tw-6, pcv, would I see more horsepower and torque?

With your core exchange is it possible to swap a set of silver cylinders for a set of black cylinders preferibly the unfinished ones that come off the cross bones?

I really should be satisfied, but you know how addictive this stuff can be! And I can't speak for others, but to me this is a very cost effective supplement!

one thing that i havent seen mentioned is any clutch ramifications when bumping stock horsepower from 75-85 to over 100 +?

Most of the Stage 2 kits come with higher tension springs, to allow more clutch grab but eventually either end up in ride fatique (without a hydraulic clutch) or impact on trans shaft bearings or other driveline components.

Is there any published info from any of the other large displacement builds as to the limits of the stock trans and clutch ?

I am very seriously thinking about just dropping in the whole caboodle in a few weeks when the frost hits and i'd like to dot all the I's so to speak.

I would expect very similar numbers with the Fatcat to the numbers we posted.
