I'm really sorry to hear about the spill. I'm glad both of you are here today to share your story.

Im glad to hear that a brother is ok. Ive been riding since 74 accident free, its never to late to have the first spill.

A little humble pie goes a long way.

Take heart, we've all learned from your mistake.

So sorry to read this yet so happy to hear you and your daughter are both on the mend! My girls always want to ride with me and, although I am an experienced rider, I am always a little un-nerved when they are with me...

I went down earlier this month with my wife on the back. Her first ride, and now her last, as she stands here with a body back brace on, but grateful that she stands here.
So glad you are both able to talk about the mishap. All the best and a speedy and complete recovery to your daughter.

Just remember that stuff can be replaced and bills can be paid but we are only here once. Someone was watching over you. The thrown helmet could have gone a lot worse. I´m giad your both going to heal up ok. Take care.

Ultra61, glad you and Alyssa are OK, she sounds like quite the trooper. Robert will always be with you. Take care.

I would be a bit more concerned about the daughter and making the helmet fit better next time.

I see people often that don't like their helmet strap to be tight and wear helmets that don't fit properly.

Glad you are both ok. Don't know how old your daughter is but children are very resilient. She probably won't dwell on this and heal quickly.
