Default Shipping heads and Jugs

Any Advice?
Will be shipping my heads and jugs out hopefully by next monday, wasnt planning on doing it this soon but the itch is there, and somehow working through the winter in a unheated garage just isnt as appealing.

I'd call the shop your shipping them to & ask what they suggest.

I would bubblewrap the hell out of them and use a cardboard divider so there is no way they can clang against each other, use enough bubblewrap in the box it totally full so no room for movement .. Reinforce the tape outside several times so no way the box can tear in transit ..

You need to bolt them to a fairly large piece of plywood, at least that's how Head Quarters ships them.

I'd wrap them in plastic and use expandable spray foam to fill the box. Spray a little on the bottom first, place your heads and jugs in the box, and fill the box up. Use a hack saw blade to trim off the excess.

I shipped jugs and heads one time and I wrapped the heads in many layers of bubble wrap and the jugs I used some cardboard wraps that came from Harley when I bought the jugs. Otherwise I would use bubble wrap and maybe even a layer of cardboard over them. I used a large bax with lots of room as the wrapped up parts take up a lot of room. You can use peanuts to fill up the spaces between.
