Solo rider around 10-15psi, depending on weight. I tried 30psi riding just myself (200lbs) it helped out with the shock feeling as if it were bottoming out but the downside is it also rebounded a lot harder causing me to lift off the seat! The bike is fantastic but I'm NOT a fan of these shocks AT ALL! If I wanted to ride a Rigid I would have bought a Rigid.

I'm about 200lbs, GF about 125lbs. Run 35lbs with both of us, about 20lbs solo. When I run 25lbs 2 up we bottom out on big bridge transitions or bad roads. Lots of twisties here in East TN. This air pressure works good around here for the type of roads and the road conditions, need stiffer suspension, would be too much on flatter land. I keep the HD pump in my saddlebags to adjust as needed when we ride other parts of the country.

On my Ultra Limited, I run 28 psi with me at 185 pounds and about 20 pounds of gear in the bike.
When the wife climbs about, we run it at 45 psi with her 110 pounds and her 20 pound purse added to the weight.
The bike seems much more stable at these pressures, had never bottomed out (that I know of), gives a good "feel of the road", and performs well on both hightways and rural roads.
