I'll be the first to say that it doesnt look as bad as i thought it would.... I dont like the ebay photo but the bike that started this thread isnt all that bad looking

One of the ugliest thing you can do to a bagger is put on apes in my opinion.

I think you either like apes or you don't. I happen to love them on a bagger and with exception to black bars on the RG being too skinny , then I love it.

That is UCKIN' FUGLY!!!!!

Never understood how or why people run apes. Especially the high ones. Don't see how they could even be comfortable. They look good on some bikes. But on a bagger, expecially with a fairing. UGH!!!!!

Apes on a bagger mess up the natural lines of the bike IMHO. Not my bike, so it's not my choice to make...I have a friend who bought a SG when they first came out, had mini-apes on it pretty quick, wasn't the best look for me, but worked for him.

To each his own (shrug).
