Well once it dries out it will work. Been there, done that.

 

Got hit with rain storms on way back donw the coast. Riding along an the AUX disappeared. I mean wasnt on the display at all even after cycleing thru the diplay and turning it off & back on. Then about 2 hours later it suddenly reappeared. Has worked fine so far. Good luck.
