Like many others on here I've changed handlebars.Now my radio
touches the top clamp.I changed the bolts to button heads,that
helped some.Anybody else had this problem?I've been told this can
cause radio problems.

 

Did you go back in with the -08 and later one piece top clamp? If not, I would. It's stronger and has better clearance than the -07 and earlier two piece clamps.

 

Yes I have the one piece top clamp.Am I the only one with this problem?

 

I am told this puts a bad vibe through the radio & tears it up.
I just can't figure why I can't get the radio off the top clamp.
