Default Exhaust

Just wondering if anyone is running the Monster Ovals with duals and a cam. My current ovals with duals and the 255 are too loud on the highway. Monsters sound decent, but wondering about highway speeds.

Thanks

V&H true duals, Monster Ovals, 255 cam and 103, whisper quiet at 65 in 6th with enough growl that it sounds like a Harley when accelerating. Love the sound.

Just took mine off. Added to the 4 other loud mufflers in my garage. The V&H are somewhat quiet on level ground, I still think it is loud, very...very loud accelerating up hills.

I just went with the new Super Trapp Fat Shots. What a great low rumble and you won't believe the low end torque. quiet on the road and accelerating, rumbles at low speed and at idle.

Jamie with FuelMoto recommend them. What great mufflers, just what I was looking for.

Yes, the sound is great, but I wanted something with more noise than stock. I could not tell when to even shift with the stock pipes as quiet as they are. If I wanted a Honda, I would have bought one. In my mind, it is a safety issue. I ride in traffic to work every day and in the lower gears at 30-40 mph they are louder. I do miss my V&H Big Radius pipes that I had on my Deuce. People really knew I was there.
