+1 for Dawg. I have been looking for this for years. AND, today I found some part numbers I have been trying to find for a long time. Awesome.

Thank you immensely for the link. You aren't kidding, that is a godsend. We need to buy you a case of beer.

Another vote for getting a parts manual. Short money.

Dawg, Thank you. You are worth every penny that you get paid for being on this forum.

The problem with the parts manual is that I want to add a few parts from other touring models (flhx) to the Road King. I really don't want to buy a parts manual for a bike that I don't own. I used to get the part numbers from the dealers around. Now I have my own way.

Dawg, do you have a pay pal account where I can just send you money to buy beer or whatever you want to drink? I would gladly make a donation for this response...

Steve.

Umm, I don't get paid to be on this forum. Wish I did. Do have a paypal account, do drink beer, but don't expect you to put money into it for me to drink.

OOPS, looks like we must have taken the site down. Hopefully it will come back up.

When I have a question for a part number, I just go to my book shelf. I buy the manual and part catalog when or before I buy the bike.
I have part catalogs that date back to 1941. I have accessory books that date back to 1995. I read, not search On-Line.
