Default Best biker state you've been in!

I've lived, worked and toured in allot of states on my bike. What's the most biker friendly state you've been in. Last year bikers contributed more than one million dollars in charity runs alone in my state. On top of that provided many jobs for people in indy shops, dealers, parts etc..

My favorite is Florida, close second Massachusetts. If this has been posted before shoot me.......

I love riding here in Florida, although many disagree with me. Favorite is probably Texas.

Well I have not been to all the states but I find TN and NC very friendly, all the local folks seem to want to talk and dont drive crazy

Yeah, lots of good ridin in Texas, you just have to travel over a lot of open, flat, boring roads in some cases to get to it!

Az. Year round riding, no helmet laws, good biker bars & awesome scenery.

not if you lived on the edge of the Hill Country. it takes me 10 minutes to get into some of the best riding around.

of course, most are gonna say where they live.

We've traveled all over the western states and have yet to see a non-biker friendly state. Most people we see, ask us about our travels, ask about the bike, tell stories of there biking days, etc. The only issues I've heard of, so far, is in Colorado. My buddy lives in Denver, and he and all his riding buddies say stay out of the city with non-EPA pipes. They are ready to write you a big ticket. Also a few other towns in CO are cracking down hard on noise. I just stay out of the throttle and away from downtown. Other than that, nothing but good times, so far

And yes, WA is a great state for biking! The rain does suck, but we're always green

Depends on the season. I love Wisconsin in the summer (actually UP of Michigan is more scenic but the Helmet law moves it down my list). If your talking middle of winter then it would have to be someplace south.
I seem to find good riding and places to see, no matter where I go.
