I'm leaving for that cruise on NCL in three days...I was budgeting on WAY more than $40/day for drinks...That would not be a money making opportunity for the ship when I'm on board. Thanks for the tips...hoping to take the Harley tour also!

$40 a day for drinks,, dang they only had that for soda on the Carnival one I was on in August. Beer depended on where you got it could be from 5.25 to 6.10 a bottle on the ship... Needless to say the ship charge card got a workout!!!!

 

Don't confuse new 'formats' with excess drinking. I have awoke in hotel rooms both drunk....and sober, only to find the bathroom (in the dark) in the knick of time.
Quit drinking? Only you know when it is time. (I keep a night light on now).

$40 for the whole day?? Thats insane.. they would go out of business if my buddies and I showed up.

 

$39 per day x 7 days = $273 + gratuities came out to like $320 - unlimited drinks from water to whiskey & everything in between just none of the fancy brandys or 25 year old stuff - but that is for 1 person - there is a sticker put on your room card so you can only get 1 drink at a time - but hell, my wife would go up & use my card with no problem

 

Sounds like fun. Wish I could convince my wife to go on a cruise. She'll jump out of a perfectly good airplane, or even hop on the back of the bike with me, but she won't get on a boat to save her life.

 

Part of me says I can't keep drinking like this. The other part of me says, "Don't listen to that idiot, He's drunk."
