Now ranked the 4th largest motorcycle event in the nation, Street Vibrations 2010 expands venues to include downtown Reno, Sparks Victorian Square, Reno Harley-Davidson and Virginia City.

You'll find some of the finest VIP motorcycles in the nation parking right on the street in each venue, vendors selling all things motorcycle, free rockin' live entertainment on multiple stages, a bikini and chaps competitions for the ladies, America's Finest Custom Bike Builders Invitational, a Tattoo Expo, a Roller Derby bout, Controlled Burn Fire Dancers, a spectacular fireworks display, a bike giveaway and a Biker Babe Dunk Tank during Street Vibrations 2010.

We are leaving Tacoma wa. on weds. This will be our ninth Street vibration. However this may be my last, due to the expansion to other area's. Parking can be a real bitch. The vendor attendence has dropped down in the last few years snd now they want to spread them out, Why? I liked it when I could just leave my room walk onto virginia street, see the vendors then decide where to ride, not get suited up to ride 3 miles to Sparks.

 

will be headin' out tuesday i believe, may head over by Yosemite, Mono Lake before staying with friends wed/thurs in Carson. friends are headin' up on friday. my band is playin' at the Freight House District on sat night, so come on out & say hello.

From what someone told me,the sponser/city is charging more for the vendor boths in downtown Reno.Maybe Sparks is less?
Dont know why attendence would be down other than the economy.
I would prefer for everything to be downtown but at least there are still attractions.

I have a bunch of friends who are going...I couldn't get off work. From what I'm hearing though, their starting to micro-manage it like they do everything else. I was told parking is becoming much more restricted, cops everywhere. Hopefully they will learn their lesson from Laughlin this year. If they have another couple years like they did this go round at Laughlin, you can kiss that goodbye.


.....still wish I could go though!
