.....still wish I could go though!

I live here in Reno and it is very true. Reno has worked harder on curbing the fun people can have than they have providing an experience people can go home talking about. Police are a huge part of this. For some reason they dont want to do what we pay them for so they put limits on everything you can do. Actually its our city counsel, they will manage to ruin this just as they have the car show "Hot August Nights". Have fun everyone, VC and Sparks is the place to be..;-))

I live here as well and generally don't go to downtown Reno unless I get there early and leave early. Really bugs me that you can't walk around with a beer. Your right about Sparks and VC. Carson HD puts on a pretty good party.

395 is being widened from the spaghetti bowl (80/395) south a few miles. Only real bottle neck is the 80/395 interchange.
We've had a couple cold spells but forecast is low to mid 80s Thurs-Sun with low of about 48 that is usually very late night to early morning.

I would like too hear reviews of St. Vibrations when you all come back from it, with the total revamp of it, and if the road construction Iton 395 was a nightmare for ya. It looks like I'd betteer bring my rain gear for the ride down from Wa.

FYI, the forecast for the Street Vibes wknd should be near perfect with highs in the mid-70s & nighttime lows of mid 40s to 50s with no moisture predicted. Also, in addition to the normal craziness, looks like Virginia City will have considerably more vendors along E Street (below Main/C St.).

Everyone ride safe & watch out for the other guy. Hope y'all have a great time here...enjoy the ride!!
