Nothing out there yet. My dealer confirmed with me that they were suppose to have a catalytic (sp) convertor on them and it will be difficult to modify.

Terry

That really is a bummer.

I had also heard that EFI will be standard on all touring bikes.

I know that the color, Black Cherry will be back in the color choices on many '06 bikes.

I just saw some info at another site about a new Ultra for '06, maybe 2 models. It says the EPA has leaked this info before the dealers release. Will be liquid cooled and larger displacement, 1688cc and/or 2450cc??? here's the web site, its a little hard to understand.

Tried that link and could find nothing. But the fact that HD would go liquid cooled is interesting. I have often wondered why they did not go that way on all big bikes.

Worked out some more links.

Here are the details.

New bike called the Heritage "Ultra Tail" and Heritage ultra tail classic.

They were tested with:
103 liquid cooled on the HUT
139 liquid cooled on the HUTC

139 CI = 2450 cc = 2.4 liters. Imagine the size of those pistons.

If that link does not work, follow these directions.

You must click on the link on the referring page here:
http://www.epa.gov/otaq/roadbike.htm
Go down to the middle of the page and click on “Harley-Davidson Presentation”
