Here's a ? for all of yous...how many of you index the plug when you put them in???? jmcollision

How is PA? I use to all the time on Evo 14 mm plugs but couldn't find index 12 mm washers til now, fr. http://youroilshop.com/plugs.htm thanks to 1931jamesw on a prior thread. Makes sense to me. How many know what it means? You are positioning the gap towards the intake which allows better combustion. I also replaced plug wires w Taylor Thundervolt 8.2mm wires. They use to have a hotter SE coil for the EVO but with the new ECM etc. I don't know if you can change, anyone changed their coil to a hotter one?

I used to years ago, in my Buells with HP engines.........then there was controversy as to which direction to point them and whether it did any good or not.

Now I just make sure I get them in the hole.

I've run all the brands and styles mentioned and have seen no difference. $1.50 for Autolites works for me.

Come on!!! there's got to be a better plug out there.

Who indexes their plugs? Does it run any better?
