Default SERT with no data after dyno

I have a 2010 ultra classic ltd. when I bought the bike I went with the sert & d&d 2 into1 fat cat and a/c. Tha dealer said that they dynoed & mapped
it. I took it in for its 5000k service and had it dynoed again. Not @ the same dealer and they told me that my tuner was blank and just running
on the default mode. I had taken the bike to Sturgis and coming back to Texas in went into the limp home mode for a while I think, but no codes were thrown. Is it possible to dyno a bike and have nothing on the sert
showing it was done? Current #'s are 82TQ and 72 HP. Any ideas?

Did you notice any performance difference after it had been in limp mode?

What does "the tuner was blank" mean? The SERT is used to create, modify and download maps to your bike, there is no "tuner" on the bike. I'd either go back to the orginal dealer and have it tuned their off the map they created or ask the new dealer to call the other dealer and ask them for the map.

By Blank they were telling me that the dealer would have to enter the vin # of the bike to activate it. As for as performance while it was in the limp home mode ,yes it lacked power and it was hot as hell that day at least 100 degrees. The next day it was fine from Lubbuck to Houston.

The dealer doesn't have to enter the vin #, it's is automatic to the process. What the second dealer may be saying that the dongle had never been married to the ECM. Which means the original dealer did not use it the program the bike. And yes the second dealer can tell if the dongle was married to the ECM or not.

O.K. that clears things up a little bit.
It must have not been married to the ecm

I have the same set up on my '10 FLTRX. My dyno numbers aren't much better 75/83. I think the dealer did a generic tune because the stage 1 download matches my dyno numbers. Just can't find a indy to do the tune. I had a 88" with the same set up except used a thunderheader and got 72/81.

I definitely paid for the sert and dyno time, but the dealer's tuner quit and they got one from another dealer to come in and do it. What numbers should you get from this setup?

Well,I did buy a race tuner but the second dealer install the program.
On getting screwed i understand that you need one to change perameters on your tuner. Did you mean that i should have gone with another tuner?
