Is anyone using the 18" rear Agitator on an 07? If so, what size tire do you use? I believe a 160 is the absolute widest without any modification and I can't seem to find out if that will fit on the 18x5 rim. Thanks,

Arrow Just in time for GroundHog day

This was my main Winter mod. And now it's done. I wish I could take it for a ride, but right now after werk the temp is a -5 degrees F.

Damn GroundHog!

So my Road King is at the shop getting chrome lowers, 19" Aggitator, all the spacers, blah blah also front and rear Brembos, and new sneakers front and rear. It's gonna be a nasty bill, not to mention while at the shop I bought an 05 Big Dog Pitbull to share garage space with the king.... Oh yea rim is on back order till next week.

What are you guys using for the rear on the older bikes? I can see that with a little work a 19 inch Agitator will fit on a 08 and lower bike but I see 2 problems-rear wheel won't match and front tire will not match rear. Are there answers for these issues?

I've been running a smoothie chrome in the rear due to my FBI 200 kit. I also had the Dunlop on the front and Avon rear for two years the new front tread pattern will be much closer to the rear now, not that I had any issues before.

Thanks for the reply...that makes sense with that wide tire kit. I would like to go with the 19 inch on my 08 Ultra. I could probably find matching Metzler tires for the front and rear but I can only go 4 inch wide on the rear rim so I don't think I can get a matching wheel. It's too bad...these Agitators are the best looking wheel Harley has made IMHO.
