Needs torque advice
I have an 05 electraglide with a 95 big bore kit, se heads, se a/c, 257 cams, and rhinehart duals. It dynoed at 102hp and 104 torque. I'm thinkin that torque # is a little low. I have nothing on bottom end at all. At 4000 rpms it comes to life and really screams. Its fast but with no low end torque its not rider friendly for around town cruzin. What is my best solution without spendin a ton of money. Also has a se tuner but i dont have the module.

If it were me, I'd be looking at a different cam. Sounds like you just need the torque moved to the left so it works better at lower rpm. I think your overall numbers are dAmned impressive, especially the horse power number. I don't know which cam to recommend for your set up, but I can tell you my buddy has a SE 203 in his 95" and it pulls like a freight train. I'm sure some more knowledgeable folks can give you more specific advice though.

Tuning the bike won't change the power band of your build, though it might help the bike's manners at lower rpms.
If you don't have the SERT key/dongle (it's known by a variety of names), you're SOL and will need to buy a new one or use an alternative tuning device (e.g. TTS, PCV, etc.).
As for a real solution for your riding style, talk to an experienced person and consider a cam swap that is compatible with your heads and pistons.

The numbers are not the problem; it's where the power occurs, and that's primarily a function of the cams you have which are a high rpm cam, so it's not surprising that riding at 2000-3000 rpms around town you get little, if any, benefit from the build.
