Default lean tune and poor mileage

Finally got my 06 SG tuned with the help of the Twin Scan+ WEGO IIID. My cruise range AFR is 14.7 and transitions to 13.2 WOT. Riding pretty gently, 1 up, steady highway at 3K rpm or below, 70-75 MPH, I'm only getting 40 MPG. Still 88", stage 1, 2 into 1, PCIII USB. Does this mileage seem out of wack?

I'd say it's not way off. I've got mine leaned out quite a bit with a PC111 from 0-20% throttle position up to 3000 rpm. I'll get up to 46 mpg mostly highway miles 60-65 mph. Stage 1, 96". It will drop to lower 40's when I pick up the speed.

Default I'm still having a problem with not being a little too aggresive

with the throttle since I put on the V&H exhaust system and PCV. I'm still loving playing with the throttle and listening to the pipes to worry about 3 or 4 mpg. I predict some time in October to be when (it's out of me now) Maybe then I'll pay attention to the mileage. Going to do an Vancouver Island run this week so maybe I'll be tired of the rumbling by then. After that is, I wrangle a rope around our premiers neck and hang him to a lynching from a BCRail locomotive. (lying bastard)
