If I have to pay for one, they can stick it where the sun doesn't shine. At the end of the season, they can haul the leftovers to the recycling center and save me from doing it. I guess they are trying to fatten up the bottom line. Just like the 75 workers at the Tomahawk, WI plant that are getting teed up for permanent vacation. Yet there is more Chinese crap in the catalog.

I stopped by the dealer a couple weeks ago to get a couple other accessories and they just gave me the book. Asked if I had one, told them no, so they gave me on. But then I have also spent quite a bit at my dealer on accessories this year.

I picked up a free 2011 issue of an H-D accessory catalog at the dealers a few days ago.

I would not be surprised that they have stopped mailing them. I would also imagine the Motor Company pays a fair amount of money for postage each year that may not be in their budget now.

I probably would have made the same decision.

I got one every year since 1988, then a couple years ago, they stopped coming. I was at the dealer a couple weeks ago and asked for one. There was no charge, if there was, I would not have bought it as my HD is older, and not many parts are in there I want, or do not already have.

I get a free one every year from my dealer, but I do know that the dealer has to buy them from HD.

I got the new P&A catalog and the 2011 SE Parts catalog about a month ago. Never any mention of cost at the dealer I trade with. As others have said, if they start dinging me for the catalog, I guess I will do more business on line.

I do support the local dealer as much as possible and actually buy a fair number of items without receiving any discount. Part of the process of having a viable dealer local I guess. They do take care of me on purchases over $100 so I am not complaining.

In France, you have to pay for it. Some dealers want 10€, others want 15€ for it!!!

You can download it for free but for me it's not the same... i love turn pages in real...
