What rpm are you trying to use 6th gear with? On flat road, 6th is rarely needed or desirable below 3000 rpm.

Need to change the gearing or stay out of 6th gear under 80. That was my solution. I am trying to find a way to change the gearing without screwing to many things up like the speedo and the cruise. Still researching..

It's either a tune problem, or you have the problem that many stock 08s have - less than ideal gear ratio. First gear is too tall and sixth gear is a dog under 70 or on a steep grade.

6th gearing is too high. Chances are you can accelerate to a higher speed in 5th gear than 6th gear can hold.

As discussed I would recommend changing out your 2.5" baffles or try a different muffler. These baffles are too large and will not scavenge properly and on a stock motor can greatly affect performance, especially in the lower RPM's.

The changes you have made will move the torque higher in the rpm range. You will have lower torque at lower rpm compared to what you are used to. Put some restriction back into the exhaust and you will see more low end grunt.
