I'm not Dawg, but have the same lift. It's 7 inches high when in the lowered position.

I have had mine two weeks, so far all is good. I put the HF $59 wheel locking chock on mine before I ever put a bike on it. I did fill the Hydraulic jack with oil and bleed it out before using it. $279 for the foot pedal lift and $59 for the wheel chock, can't beat it!

I am looking for a jack to lift the back wheel off the table, anyone found one for a good price?

Lots of us have modified a $20 scissor jack from WalMart. I believe Dawg made a thread on it once upon a time. Here's mine. I just welded a piece of angle iron to the top of it, added some stick-on rubber tread, and welded a socket to the screw part. It works just dandy, and it cost about $25 total.

I sprung for the 2 year extended service plan it starts after the factory one runs out, was like $39 if I remember right.
LOL heck they told me to bring it back in couple of years tell them it was acting funny and they would just give a new one.

Default hydraulic jack

Hey I had problems with the hydraulic pump on my lift, I called Greg Smith in Indianapolis and in 3 days I got a nice hydraulic unit that works great for just over $200. I have seen units since then for just over $100. I hated to spend the money but the table was good and the hydraulics sucked. Good luck.
