I wish I was, I stayed there for a few days right on the river.in July Don't forget to visit wheels through time motorcycle museum

 

I'm planning on leaving Friday morning. According to the forcast, the weather looks great.

 

I just got back from there. Awesome area, lots of great riding. Check out route 215 South toward Rosman... They just paved it, and it's an excellent ride up to the parkway. Don't miss Wheels Through Time either. They were doing a special this weekend for Vets, free entry. And last but certainly not least, check out the Applecover Inn in Maggie Valley - http://www.applecoverinn.com/ We've had years and years of get-togethers at this place, and it's very biker friendly. The owners Derrick and Amy are a class act and treat us like royalty. Rates are excellent too. Enjoy your stay down there! ps: tell em DocO sent ya.

 

Will be riding through there friday on the way to Cherokee.

I ride up 178 into Rosman and up 215 regularly.
