I bought those suckas from JP and then bought the jam nuts that go on the studs from my Harley dealer. I measured three times and drilled the three holes[shudder] put the studs through and pushed on the jam nuts! Mischief managed! I just had to have the old fashioned EG fender emblems.

Months back I sold my custom wheels to a local club member who had the wide whites in his EGC. With spoke wheels I think it would have looked better, but with the regular cast wheels, uh, not so much. To each his own of course. I think the wide whites look best on something that is more visually era correct like the RKC.
Having said that, here's a couple before and after pics when I did his wheel swap. They're decent profile pics so it should give you a pretty good idea.
