I've stayed at the Circus Circus and the Sands for the past 9 years, Circus is right on Virginia st. and the sands is just a few blocks off Virginia st. However I have heard that not many vendors will be in downtown Reno this year they will be spread out into sparks etc. I liked just getting up and going out the door to see all the vendors.

If you want to be right where the action is without moving your bike, Harrahs, Silver Legacy. Further down Virginia St., Peppermill, Atlantis.
In Sparks, Nugget.

All are pretty expensive.

Last time I looked all the good places mentioned above were sold out! Not a worry now though as I can't make it. Have to go to a wedding instead.

Grand Sierra is nice and has two great bars. Plus they provide entertainment and a great after party on Sat. The bike parking is in front of the hotel and patrolled. Plus there is an old driving range out back to practice your swing.

How much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ do you have... I am staying at Sands ONLY for Tuesday and Wed... $25 a night,,,,,, I have been so many times, I am good with the middle of the week.. most will be set up by wed and I can get my fill.. As stated above,,, any place on Virgina street is good,, IF a lot of the Vendors are moving out... need to check on that... most any place will raise prices on Thu-Sat. just be prepared. Its Fun and even more fun your first time... IF you want to ride to Virgina City,,, do it EARLY or you will not find parking...

This year they are moving the Vendors to Sparks and leaving Reno open for cruising from what I have heard.
