Some minor cosmetic differences between 2010 & 2011 Ultra Limiteds that I can see is the front fender bumper is eliminated, reflectors added to front forks & saddle bag bars, inlays in the air cleaner is different, the small cover plate on the cam chest is changed with a decorative one and I think lastly they added a decorative derby cover on the primary chain case. Also, the name plate on the rear of the King Tour Pac has returned to original whereas on the 2010 it states "Harley Davidson Limited".

I had a RK and a 1200 low. I traded them both in for a 2011 Ultra Classic Limited. I am in love with this bike. Who knew riding with a radio is so much fun. I put money into pipes. No chrome add ons or cosmetics needed. My dollars are going to performance Get the limited. My wife and daughter love it just as much. Who knew you could carry so much stuff for when the weather changes. Straight black. I suggest fairing mirrors to get rid of the factory mirrors.

Take a look at the Limited, it doesn't have all the Grandpa Gear that the Ultra does. The big bumper on the front isn't there and the bag guards aren't there either. A little less Geezer Glide if you will, but still a beautiful bike. Yes, I have one and those are some of the reasons I bought it plus the 103", heated grips etc.

Don't get me wrong, the Limited is a great bike, but the MoCo is pushing it with the 103" without appropriate cams.

Price a classic with a 96, and then price the upgrade to a 103, add in the oil cooler, SE compensator, ABS, Security, and CC, tell me it won't come out to be more than just buying the Limited.
Also down the road if you were to trade your bike in, the Limited will be worth more because it came with said options from the factory, to any dealer the cheaper bike with add ons, is still the cheaper bike, they're not going to give you extra for things you added later.
Just my $0.02 and some of the reasons that swayed me to the Limited over the Classic.
