Aren't loud aftermarket pipes illegal from a federal standpoint. Aren't illegal aliens illegal from a federal standpoint. Didn't AZ get sued by the federal government for passing an illegal alien law of some kind? Maybe the feds will sue CA for passing an illegal pipes law.

 

If this does sign into law which I hope it doesnt, my prediction is in 2013 is when the water cooled HD will come out. This is coincidentally the same time frame that the next emission reduction standerds are due to go in affect.
