I go with the yellow passing lamps also. For some reason they seem to be more visible to the cagers. It also makes it easy to pick out your ride from the other ones in the parking lot.

 

Keep in mind, the higher intensity brighter lights will have more amp draw and more strain on the battery and charging system.
