Rear tire wining , driving me nuts????

I pulled the clutch in so the engine revs would go down to get a better feel of where exactly the noise is comming from. Thats why
There is no tire ware, I put the bike on my hoist and inspected all up inside the render to see if anything was in a position to rub. No signs of rubbing anywhere.
There is no abnormal vibration from the bike. It runs true and smooth.
IM going to check the belt as soon as I find out what the play should be. Someone told me 5/8 uo and down but they werent sure so Im not doing anything till my manual comes.

Should move about 1CM with about 10 lbs of pressure...just push up where the belt guard has a guage and see if it moves more than 1.5cm it's too loose...
