Default Looking for factory radio for 95 FLHTCU (long shot)

I doubt I'll find one. Anyway, I would like to to have AM/FM/CB/INT/WX. Either CD or Cassett, doesn't matter. MP3 plug would be a bonus.

My 95, still has the factory CB (on dash and under trunk), but the previous owner had some yahoo install a Sony CDX-M610 AM/FM/CD w/remote and the installer cut the a number of wires, including the ones for the CB and Intercom.

Now there's nothing wrong with the Sony. It's a sweet radio, but I would prefer to have all the features the Ultra came with.

Yes, I saw that and a couple others, but they were all '97 or newer. I would have to find plugs and mini harnesses too.

Most dealers will send yours out for repair, plus if they cant fix yours you will get another w/exchange.I believe the place is up north they send them too.Short warranty also. All my radio problems on my 94 ultra classic were caused by tank mounted unit.

Retro Radio kit.

It will work with your factory harness. All you'll need to do is follow the wiring diagram and fix the wires that were cut. If you have actual connections that have been destroyed that will be a problem find the exact connectors, but if it is just wires, you will be ok.

Try contacting Radio Sound (link: http://www.radiosound.com/about_us.php) and ask them if they have any older HD radio for sale. This company is the supplier (and repairer) of HD Radios from 1985 to 2005.

Good luck!

Try Hawg Wired. They have a wiring harness for a number of sony radios that will work with the handle bar contols on your stock bike. Check it out and give them a call tomorrow and see what they say.

Here is the link to the harness.

I did not see your model listed though.

I have a factory radio from a 96 Ultra Classic, Model - DAI-9585D
H-D P/N 76164-96. This has a cassette and all mounting brackets are included. This may work in your 95, but I would recommend you contact Harley to confirm.

Let me know if you are interested.
