With my riding experience (42 years of street riding, road racing, drag racing) I feel I am a above average rider, even at my age. I am in tune to what my bike is doing under me, getting that feedback. I installed a tru track to tighten my bike up better than it was before the installation. Did it help? You bet. Did it get all the wobble out? No, but when the bike gets into the ocillation situation, it recovers a lot faster.
I'm on the road this weekend. Yesterday near Milano, TX on US 190, I went around a long right hand sweeper. I got into one of those crack repairs. The bike wobbled once and tightened up. That's what I want. I don't think with the design of the frame you'll get all of the ocillation out. But making it managable is an improvement.
Spend your money the way you want. You earned it.
You make some valid points for bikes that are 08 and before.

Are you making your comparison based on the the 09 and above frame or 08 and before.

Do you ride a 09 and after frame bike. There is a significant difference.

The OP question is relative to the 09 and above.
