Default 10 FLHTK belt

Anyone having issues with the sportster belt on their bagger. Mine is need of 3rd adjustment in 3K. I know they need a bit more attention when new, but this thing gets loose.

Not to sound stupid but is there a difference between the Sportster belt and the belt on my UC?

Sorry about the sportster reference. It was about the width of the belt. They are about half the width of the belts used in the "80's". I didn't have any issues with any of my previous bikes. This one seems to be stretching.

The issue I have is that it's adjusted correctly when it's cold, but when I kneel down and check it after riding for an hour or more the belt is real tight. Any ideas?
