Default Picked up a 2011 RKC today!

Been looking for a couple months. Ridden several of them, knew it was what I wanted, and figured the 2011 was a decent base to start with. A couple dealers had them but I either wasn't quoted good prices or their service sucks. Finally sent a random email to ABC Harley in Waterford, MI asking if they had a black 2011. Day later got a call and email response. Finally talked numbers this morning, and the deal blew away everything else I was offered. Long story short, 3 hours later I was riding it home and my truck is still parked up there, with the windscreen inside the cab.

Going to leave it mostly stock for now, maybe V&H fishtails and 14" apes next year. Once the warranty is up it'll get cams, headwork, true duals and some other crap.

You can do air cleaner, pipes and SE-255 cams now and not harm the warranty. That just makes it a stage 2, which they are OK with (if the dealer does the install). If you do it in the first 60 days, it is treated as if it came from the factory that way...

Enjoy the RK!
