What are the differences between the Sundowner Deep Bucket #52093-08A and the stock seat on the 09 Ultra (not the new "LOW" which appeared in 2010, but the old one)?
The access. calalogue doesn't say anything specific.

 

Mine lowered me probably an inch or so and it is a little more comfortable.

 

I'm kinda curious myself.
Been thinking of a slightly lower seat too.

By the way, I have the same bike as yours. Black 09 Ultra FF Edition with ABS. I'm very pleased with it.

 

If anything it may have moved me a little closer and the wife thought it was a little better as well.
Yea when I saw the FF edition in black and with the deal I got I had to order one! If i could just quit spending money on it.

I've spend quite a bit of money on it too but I have no regrets. The bike runs cooler now, it sounds great, it looks great and it is fully functional. The only thing left is to add a little more comfort for me and my passenger ........ and maybe a tad more power and torque (cams this winter).

 

Frenchie, I installed the Sundowner on the Road King yesterday. So far so good. It moved me back a hair and lowered me a bit. Just what I needed.

I installed sundowner on 09 flh gave me more side to side room it does not cradle my butt as the low or stock seat had mean city redo both low & stock . I get more hrs out of sundowner the other seats 1 1/2 hrs sundowner 3+ before butt numb. it moved me down / lower & back so I just put gel pad draped over back held in place by seat strap.... Im 5.8 185 lbs...

 

One word: COMFORT!
