Good deal ! Strange dip in the torque curve at 3500 rpms though . But good looking numbers regardless .

Why is there no AFR reading on your dyno chart.. Without it, I'm afraid you got ripped off if you paid for the dyno tuning. Preferably you should get an AFR read out for both cylinders separately. Only then will you know if the bike is properly tuned.

You peak numbers look low for that build. Should be probably 10 more hp and 10 more ft/lbs. My guess is, that's why the tuner didn't include the AFR reading.

If I had ported heads and a different exhaust baffle I would expect more.I knew that going in. The afr was flat lined at 13.5 I watched both of the dyno sessions. How could you expect more from a set of cylinders and cams?

Seems pretty good to me for stock heads but maybe I'm wrong...

Good to start seeing some #s out of these S&S 106 kits! That combination of parts is almost identical to what I will have! I'm still undecided to keep my SE 255 cams or use something different!

I still say it's a weak performance for a 106 but that's just my opinion. Most 96's with modest headwork and a cam upgrade with a D&D FatCat achieve over 100 hp with a good tune. Surprised that a 106 (even with stock heads) can't achieve greater than 100hp with a competent tuner. I think you'd have to look long and hard to find another 106 that doesn't achieve over 100hp.

So long as you're happy with the return on the investment, that's all that should matter.
