Maybe the heat shields are different on the '10/'09 models?
Anyone have an answer? I'm doing the same mod to the same bike soon.

Put the FM stainless header pipes on my 11 Limited a while back and a HIgh flow SE air kit alone with a Thunder-Max and a pair of supertrapp stout mufflers.

The 09- 11 header pipes are the same on the touring bikes.
The 09 has 18mm bungs and the 10-11 has the 12mm bungs.
The fuelmoto header pipes has both.

Thanks Chief! Doc had mention it in his post about the extension. I just put on the Jack Pot Mufflers 4.5 touring and love the sound and look, even with the cat still install. I am still pulling lose change from the couch and the misses purse. Soon....

I'm doing the swapout right now, and am wondering about the stock manifold gaskets - the oem header has tapered seats and the FM doesn't.

Is this simply a 'crush fit'? As it is, the only way to install the FM will be a butt joint fit, and is sure don't look right to me...

Have FM Headpipes, SEAC, PCV and Rush 2" Baffles. Easy n' Go dealer installation. Takes some tweaking to get everything fit in nice. Lovin' the '09 Ultra's Performance. Had cooled down considerably. Thumbs-Up recommendation to go with FM's Products.

With about 7000 miles on my 2010 Ultra, I set it up with the F/M 2-1-2 header, 4.5" Pro Touring mufflers, F/M Stage 1 air cleaner, and a PCV.
Now at a tad over 24,000 miles, I can say that I've been very, very happy with this setup.
Nothing but good stuff and great service with FuelMoto!

I've been thinking about the same set up. Does the 4.5" Pro Touring give you a good deep sound, without being overly loud?

I think the answer to this is to buy the HD Screamin' Eagle exhaust gaskets as they will fit the Fuel Moto head pipes correctly. You need to pull the stock tapered gaskets out of the heads first. Then everything fits correctly.
By the way the Screanin' Eagle gaskets were a little less $ too.
