Default Gilbos detachable bushings are GREAT!!

All I can ask myself is, Why did I wait soooo long to try these bushings! If you have a detachable tour pak or any detachable part, you owe it to yourself to check these out. I gave them a quick polish and installed them. My tour pak is as secure as if it were solidly mounted to the bike, no more rock and roll of the tour pak because of the plastic in the moco's mounts. These things fit perfectly, even with my detachables lock.
I took a few pics of the before and after polish that took me maybe 10 min. to do them all.
Thanks again Bobby!

P.S. Will be ordering a set of the fronts when funds allow.

It's this polish from meguire's I've had for a few years. Very easy to use, not that messy and they almost look chromed!

I just made my Ultra tour pack detachable right before I rodde out to Sturgis (2140 miles one way). The tour pack was tight before and it now has a bit of play already. I will be ordering a set of these soon.

I would also like to know what you used to polish? They look sharp.

I use them, they work great, everything fits tighter but I did have to space them slightly different from the plastic stock bushings
