You could use 3M's VHB tape. But a stern **WARNING** Goes with it. You will not be able to remove the stuff if you want to transfer to another bike. It is stuff used on most new jet liners and isn't made to come off.

3M has some other tapes available that should work that isn't as aggressive as VHB.

I had 'em on my last Road King. They were on the bike for six years. I had no problems with the adhesive that came with the organizers. They never came loose. I did follow the directions when installing them, which included recommendation to clean contact surface with alcohol.

I did find them handy for things that were seldom used, but which need to be found quickly when they were needed. Flashlight, night glasses, earplugs, registration/insurance, cell phone.

Probably won't put them on my new Ultra because it has this little brief case thingy in the trunk that has captured all the stuff I used to put in the lid sacks.

I had them on two different bikes and had no problems with the provided attach strips. I liked them but they were under utilized by me. I keep my cell phone, medicine, flash light, and tools in them.

3M "outdoor" grade double stick foam tape will hold forever. Home Depot carries it. Red peel strip and grey colored tape. It is removeable but requires patience. The adhesive that comes with the set is useless.
BTW I also carry shock pump, sunscreen, tiny WD-40, etc. A good useful mod. Small items don't interfere with packing the saddle bag.
I wouldn't get the Tour-Pak organizers though. Lid one is restrictive if you want to put helmets or luggage inside. Side ones apply with hoky tabs and just seemed silly to me. I carry a small pack for those items anyway.

I bought the LidGear Organizers right from LidGear, have had them for about 2 months,
so far there are what they say, seems like the sewing is done well and they use the screws and metal straps that come with the original HD tethers. Work excellent for lots of little stuff..(cell, registration, insurance cards, air pump, and air guage.)So I'm happy!
