It may be. I got mine throught the Harley Dealer here in Hawaii. When I returned it, they were surprised that it didn't make the lean any better. I think I'm going to have to have mine heated and bent at both ends, i.e. at the 90 degree as well as where the round and the flat meet so it won't slide on smooth surfaces. Worse case is that I may have to get it recromed.
