Default Lowering Front End

Got a 09 Road King Classic that has been lowered 1 1/2" in back. I'm planning on lowering the front end with the Progressive spring set. Has anyone lowered theirs 2" in the front? I'm leaning towards going 2", but don't want it to bottom out on the fender or have any other issues. Grassy azz...

yes, use progressive monotube lowering kit, it will do 2" and still give you a good ride

do you ride two up. If so you may want to only go 1 inch. just my two cents

I just had my SG front-end lowered an inch today using the HD kit; I do alot of 2up riding and I think 2 inches would be an issue.

I lowered my 05 flht one inch. First I put on the rear lowered shocks which lowered the seat height some and didn't cause any riding issues. I then lowered the front one inch and I not only scraped the floorboards, I took off about 1/8 inch off the arm that connects the floor board to the frame. lifted the rear tire off the road a couple times in the smokey mountains. I can only think that 2 inch lower means a very slow ride unless going in a straight line. take care.
