Front end wobble at very low speed

Low tire pressure will cause the front wheel to wobble

Just got the bike back from the indi. The bearings adjustment was way to loose. It seems fine now. When greasing the front end the front end needs to be jacked up.
there was not much grease in one bearing but by snugging them up it appears to be ok.
