Default Yet another stupid question!!!!

Of course at home I use my bike jack when I wash it and have all the supplies. What is a person to do that will be living in a hotel or whatever accommodations I find to keep their bike clean, something I am **** about? All I can think of is a car wash but never did that before. Got to say I am getting pretty excited about spending some time in Florida!!!!

I take quick detail spray with me and microfiber towels, several companies make a quick detail spray and it works pretty good

i like to keep my bike clean too. i ride everyday and i dont spend a lot of time cleaning mine. i just dont let it get real dirty which i think is key.

for years, i had a chamois in a small plastic container in my saddlebag. seems like the poeple that make s100 made it. i'd pull in the car wash and spray the bike off and use the chamois to dry the seat down. hit the road and let the wind do the drying. works good and especially for the in between washes.

If you keep it clean with a good coat of polish a quick rinse in a car was and some detailing spray with microfiber does the trick. Most HD shops will wash your bike for a price.

I use a damp wash cloth with a dry one to follow. This will remove all of the bugs safely and then use some pledge. Sit back and say "damn I am good"...

Not a problem Strtarrow, Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart and buy a bottle of Ice spray detailer. It's the best stuff I've used yet!!! I also use the Ice synthetic spray wax. Unless you are caught in rain and get heavy buildup on the rear of your bike, it will work great. I use a swiffer duster to get any grit that might scratch off and use a Microfiber Towel and the Ice detailer or wax. Good Stuff! You can thank me later. Have a safe trip!
