Any body out there change there ! FRONT ! boards to pegs? If so is there a kit and or what is the best process?...

 

You ought to give the boards a try for a while they'll grow on you I promise.

 

I have had boards for 3 yrs and my bad knee kills me after 200-300 miles. pegs seem to support my leg better from center of foot but I was wondering if there was a kit.? Cant seem to find any. Just thought I would give it a try because I put in a lot of miles and am tired of the knee being on fire when I get off. I don't remember my knee doing that with pegs. Never had boards until 2007 and got my first harley when I was 18yr old or (1983).
There are lots of options these days and was looking for a kit or some one who has tried it....??? Thx for the input.

 

Why not leave the boards and add highway pegs?

 

I am going to add highway pegs but the position is not right for the support. I am going to try it. I just need to put them on. Thx
