youve got plenty of time to figure that out while you use your new ones. i dont care for blackwalls with all black rims. dont get me wrong. your bike is sweet looking.

i liked the www's on yours.as mentioned, the narrow whitewall would be cool too with your solid black wheels.

I've always run the www on my roadking, but I rode my friends bike today and it has the elite 3's on it and the handling is incredible. I'm trying to figure out which one to go with the next time I change tires. Too bad they don't make the E 3 in www. I wonder if you could dye them or paint the www on them. Maybe the flexible paint for plastic bumpers? It'd look like hell if it started coming off!

Although I love www, the black walls are killer on your bike with the blackened rims...youre right, they are bad *** looking....keep em.

I also run E-3's on a black FLHTC.
You know, from the seat I can't see the sidewalls!! And, I don't really care what anyone else thinks they look like!
Those tires are too good to worry about how they look to everyone else.

I think we officially have a split decision! No clear cut winner here! I think I prefer the look of clean WWW's, but I'm already loving the handling of the E3's and the ease of maintenance. I'll try to get used to the new look. Those WWW's on the black rims got a lot of second looks from folks, I will miss that! Someone mentioned swapping out the rims for chrome...I'm way ahead of ya, I think chrome would look better with the blackwalls too.
