Harleycax, you definately have a fuse issue. You are correct, it is the ACCESSORY fuse. Where it is located on your paticular model< I am not sure. had the same thing happen to me recently on my 07 EG. Definately not a bulb issue, most likely not a short unless you have done some type of work to cause. Do yourself a favor and check the ACC fuse.
The only true glass or blade fuses on a 1990FLHTCU are for the radio power, the CB/Intercom feed. They are under the fairing and are glass fuses. There are blade fuses under the clutch side side cover. They are for the CB power, and for external accessories that you might add like auxillary lights.
An 07 EG shares virtually nothing with a 1990 FLHTCU except for the fact that its a Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
