missing post?????? cop runs over biker

.08 x 1 = .08; .08 x 2 = .16 (two times the legal limit); .08 x 3 = .24 (three times the legal limit). .2 is a felony if it hasn't changed and I read he tested .19 2 hrs after the incident occured, you do the math. It doesn't matter if other people drink on the job, he's a cop in a position of authority. Anyone in a position of authority should be held to a higher standard. Seems like if he had any honor left at all he would admit his wrong doing and take what punishment is just.

Actually he was 1x the legal limit, if the limit is .08 and he was .19 that is one times the legal limit, twice the legal limit would be .24, being over the limit at all or near the limit is too much.
Your math is flawed.
1x .08 = .08 the legal limit
2x .08 = .16 2 times the legal limit ( .19 is greater then .16)
3x .08 = .24 3 times the legal limit
Your math is flawed.
1x .08 = .08 the legal limit
2x .08 = .16 2 times the legal limit ( .19 is greater then .16)
3x .08 = .24 3 times the legal limit

Beat ya to it, the correct math part anyways.

Wow...glad to see some of you guys went to skool. Holy bad math, Batman!
1 times 1 is 1, 2 times 1 is 2, 3 times 1 is 3.
This LEO was OVER twice the legal limit. He was 2.38 times the legal limit, in fact.

All of the DUI charges have been dropped due to the fact that the blood draw was not performed by a certified technician. The Police on the scene were all trained in DUI fatalities and knew where to take someone for a blood draw. Makes you wonder.....
