Default One more clutch question

I adjusted the clutch where I have about a nickel width at the perch. My question is the lever is loose doesn't snap back all the way when released. Seems to engage all the way. Is this normal. New clutch cable remember having it in the old cable. Buddy brought it to my attention now has me wondering.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, as long as the clutch engages/disengages properly your fine. You can adjust that out if you find you can't live with it
