For 1K and change to change I am perfectly happy with my spokes which I prefer over any demonic looking wheels anyway.

I had a set of stock wheels powder coated. Came out great and much less expensive than aftermarket wheels.

Yea, the stockers are not exciting at all. There are a couple of places on ebay that sell the stock 9-spoke wheels in chrome. The smooth out the hard edges and the little nipples and then chrome plate them. They sell as exchange or outright. Has anyone tried these to see how they hold up?
